ACNA Chaplains
Annual Assembly
October 21 - 23, 2026
For Endorsed Chaplains of the Special Jurisdiction for the Armed Forces and Chapaincy Anglican Church in North America

Location
Saint Vincent's Cathedral
https://www.stvincentscathedral.org/
1300 Forest Ridge Dr, Bedford, TX 76022
Cost
$175 for a chaplain
$50 for a spouse
$0 for children, regardless of age
This fee pays for four meals, facility costs, printing, gifts, speaker fees, travel for some staff members, and other incidentals. If income exceeds expenses, that money will be saved for the Assembly next year.
The fee does not include transportation or lodging costs. Travel costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the individual. Governmental per diem for the area is $181 for lodging and $80 for food.
Do not let cost keep you from attending. If you are not able to afford the fees, reach out to Bishop Jay directly (bishop@acnachaplains.org). You will be given a discount code to allow you to register.
Families and Childcare
Family members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Spouses are welcome at all sessions, and there will be a spouse session with our bishops and their wives.
We are working on a plan for childcare. Don’t let a need for childcare keep your families from attending. We will work to figure it out, with a goal to make it as low-cost as possible.
